Shutter is a web package allowing users to share their photos through an unlimited number of albums through an easy to use administration area. Guest comments and RSS feeds are included.
WHAT'S NEW?
Primarilly a bug fix, v0.1.3 introduces an increased photo upload limit from 2mb to 5mb, tag cloud improvment, new theme (with the old default theme renamed) and minor bug fixes. A major big fix with XAMPP has been fixed.
