Installation issue

I'm running an up to date WAMP server on a localhost. As instructed, I copied the package contents into a /shutter/ directory on my server, but when I browsed to it, instead of getting an installation script, I got the error shown below. Any ideas?

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

The log error is:
